At Prolates we make Pilates personal. Our individual programmes will support your body’s specific needs and make it work like new.

If you’re a beginner, we’ll get you doing Pilates correctly and with good form – right movement, right muscles, right breathing. Then, as your technique improves, we’ll start to really challenge you. Soon you won’t know yourself. If you’re experienced at Pilates then you’ll appreciate our dedicated studio, which is sealed off from other training areas, enabling you to focus completely on the movements.

And when you’re done you’ll have complimentary use of all The Royal Garden Soma Centre facilities including towels, gym, sauna and steam area. You’ve only got one body. At Prolates we’ll help you make the most of it.

Summer Special

Summer has arrived and the sun must have gone to our heads! Sign up for either a block of one-on-one sessions or group classes during July and August and you’ll be charged at last year’s prices! But hurry, this offer ends at the beginning of September when our prices will be going up. (This is the first price increase for two years.)

New Booking System

Prolates is proud to announce that you can now book sessions and courses easily with our new booking system.

The system makes booking your sessions simple, allowing you to view the availability of classes and instructors – so you know precisely what and who is available at any time. And if a class is full, you can join the waitlist for next time. Once a space becomes available you will receive a reminder email, or you can opt to book a session automatically once a space becomes available and you have credit arranged, in which case you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Switch on to Power Pilates

Jayne and Kim have introduced a new regular class to the Prolates timetable. Power Pilates is a fast-moving, dynamic class which focuses on building body strength while developing flexibility. The new course is grounded in the fundamental principles of pilates: postural alignment, core control, strength and flexibility.

Power Pilates will suit all levels; however a basic knowledge of pilates movements would be advantageous. There are beginner and intermediate classes available, please sign up for the beginners class if you are new to pilates or simply want a less strenuous session. The…more
